Hi there! Our physical body images should be beautiful, no matter what our weight, but when you look inside of your self, and think of how much poison and chemicals you put into your body when you eat those processed foods, is it worth it?
And when you wish you were fit enough to run quickly or have energy, isn't exercise worth it? Junk food is yummy no doubt, but its better in moderation. They are called TREATS for a reason.
Follow this blog and get help with looking after your body inside and out, and perhaps if you really WANT to lose weight or need to for your health, you may happen to get that bonus. ^_^
